What happens after you email us?
The address for every category above routes to the same inbox, read by the same person who wrote every page on this site. There is no support software sorting your message by priority tier and no first-line agent reading from a script — you get a specific reply to what you actually asked, generally the same business day and always within 24 hours on weekdays. Security and privacy requests additionally get a 48-hour written acknowledgment and a full response inside 30 days, matching the commitment on our privacy policy.
If your message needs a decision rather than an answer — a partnership, a press embargo, a security disclosure timeline — say so in the first line. That one sentence is usually the difference between a same-day reply and one that waits for the right moment to think it through properly.
This page has already had one real address failure: the contact email in use before August 2026 had no working mail-exchange record, so anything sent to it bounced silently. It's documented on the changelog as the v0.4 fix — and it's the reason every address on this page is checked live, not just written down and left to rot.
